Responsibilities:

  1. Convert design files from Figma to Framer for the company website.
  2. Conduct UX design and improvements for the company website.
  3. Integrate the website with internal tools, including APIs, webhooks, and other tool integrations.
  4. Manage website content, including copywriting and overall site management.
  5. Develop and implement technical SEO strategies for the website.
  6. Develop and implement content strategies, including planning, briefing, writing captions, posting, and analyzing performance.
  7. Create strategies for social media marketing, including Meta Ads and TikTok Ads.
  8. Execute social media marketing plans, including ad setup, audience targeting, creative asset management, conversion tracking, and lead management.
  9. Collaborate with influencers and media for publicity, including creating briefs, conducting meetings, and evaluating outcomes.
  10. Develop affiliate marketing strategies and collaborate with influencers.
  11. Enhance customer experience by creating chatbots and improving customer service quality, including developing SOPs and canned responses.
  12. Perform end-to-end setup of all digital tools, including social management, CRM, omnichannel, analytics, and product management tools.
